Returns & Exchanges
If there is a problem with any items purchased from us, please contact us via sales@beechwoodequipment.com in the first instance.
You may return goods, unopened and unused, to us within 14 days of receipt, but you must contact us on the above email address to arrange the return first. Unless the goods are faulty, you must meet the return cost; we strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service for the return. You must then return the item to us within 14 days; we will then refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (the Act).
If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject goods which do not conform with the Act you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us, or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the cost of postage or collection.
